The President's Challenge Multiculturalism Panel (PCMP) is formed to serve as the main advisory panel to steer and guide initiatives in multicultural arts. The PCMP is chaired by Teoh Zsin Woon (Permanent Secretary, MCCY) and co-chaired by Dr Venka Purushothaman (President, LASALLE College of the Arts).
