Tote Board Arts Fund
The Tote Board Arts Fund supports Singaporean artists and arts companies in bringing the arts to communities to engage, inspire and create shared experiences for people to connect with one another. The Fund is managed by a committee appointed by the National Arts Council (NAC).
The Arts Fund is open to individuals, organisations and collectives and support projects that fulfil one or more of these criteria:
- Stage a performance/exhibition in non-convention venues
- Demonstrate efforts to reach out to under-served segments (e.g. people with disabilities, youths at risks, low income groups, etc.)
- Demonstrate efforts to engage audience effectively and improve their understanding of the project by incorporating interpretative or educational components
- Demonstrate efforts for deeper engagement of the community
Applications are assessed by an independent Arts Fund Committee comprising art specialists and experienced arts administrators.

Applicants may concurrently seek funding from both the Arts Fund and NAC’s other grant schemes for the same project.
To be eligible for funding consideration for the Arts Fund, applications must reach the Tote Board Arts Fund Committee before the commencement of your project, as follows:
