- Buskers with 9-10pm slots can perform till 10:30pm at all Orchard Road locations during remaining days that are unaffected by restricted hours in December 2025.
- Security officers will be stationed at all open busking locations along Orchard Road from 7 – 10pm for the last 3 weekends of December + 23 December.
- All buskers will be sent a Safety Info Kit.
- Buskers who book / ballot for slots at the open busking locations along Orchard Road between 7 – 10pm on 12, 13, 19, 20, and 24 December will need to acknowledge Additional T&Cs and safety requirements.
- Booking and balloting for the open Orchard Road locations will take place as per normal during the regular balloting cycles on 15 Nov 2025 and 1 Dec 2025 via the Busking E-service.
