About SG Culture Pass
To be launched during SG60, the SG Culture Pass is a new initiative by the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY) designed to encourage Singapore Citizens to support Singapore’s arts and heritage programmes. Singapore Citizens aged 18 and above in 2025 will receive SG Culture Pass credits worth S$100 on 1 September 2025. These credits can be used to offset ticket purchases for eligible local arts and heritage activities and programmes offered by authorised ticketing partners. The credits will be valid from 1 September 2025 to 31 December 2028.

I’m an arts event organiser – What are the benefits of SG Culture Pass for my programmes?
- Increased Visibility: Your events will gain greater exposure through the scheme, reaching a wider audience who are eager to use their SG Culture Pass credits. An SG Culture Pass icon will be applied to eligible programmes to make it easy for citizens to identify eligible events where they can use their credits.
- Enhanced Participation: By making your events more accessible through the scheme, you can attract more attendees, build greater mindshare, and foster deeper engagement with the arts community.
- Support for Local Arts: Participation in the scheme contributes to the growth and sustainability of Singapore’s arts sectors.
- Promotion Opportunities: Supported events will be featured on the official SG Culture Pass website, offering additional promotional channels to boost attendance and visibility.
How to apply?
There are 3 key steps to apply:
Step 1: Review the eligibility criteria
Check the eligibility criteria and list of exclusions here. Ensure that your event meets the basic requirements before submitting your application as incomplete applications or applications that do not meet the eligibility criteria will not be processed.
Step 2: Onboard with an authorised SG Culture Pass Ticketing Partner
Contact an authorised SG Culture Pass Ticketing Partner via the email address or online form provided in the list of authorised SG Culture Pass Ticketing Partners to submit your interest to onboard. You may find the list here.
Step 3: Submit your event application
Proceed to submit your event application here. We recommend submitting your event application at least 6 to 8 weeks before the event date to allow enough time for review and approval. This ensures that your event has sufficient time to be processed and included under the SG Culture Pass scheme. Early planning ensures a smooth process and timely inclusion of your event under the scheme.
