Public Artworks

Public art can take various forms, from 2D wall murals and 3D sculptures to performative and ephemeral manifestations of an artist's creative process.

More importantly, the conception and premise of the artwork is rooted deeply in the public sphere, where it is widely visible and freely accessible to all.

“恩” (ēn) the Grace of giving, “惠” (huì) the Blessing in receiving. This pair of sculptures are like two boats drifting in the vastness of the open sea, miraculously brought together by fate, the benefactor and the beneficiary meet. Gratitude is deeply felt. Chua created this calligraphy sculpture by referencing the Chinese cursive script.
