HAN MEILIN
Han Meilin’s (b. 1936) large body of works extends over Chinese ink painting, calligraphy, sculpture, ceramics, and design. He has created significant public art sculptures and his works are exhibited internationally. Museums dedicated to his works have been established in Beijing and Hangzhou. Han is widely known as the designer-creator of the Fuwa mascots for the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
