Our arts plan
Dive into our masterplan for the arts, charting the future of arts and culture in Singapore.
Our SG Arts Plan (2023 – 2027)
Singapore's arts scene has come a long way — from the founding of NAC in 1991 to over 500 endorsed buskers, landmark international performances, and arts woven into parks, libraries, and heartlands across the island. Our SG Arts Plan (2023–2027) is the next chapter of that journey.
It is Singapore's five-year strategic roadmap for arts and culture — bringing together the public, private, and people sectors to build a scene that is more inclusive, more vibrant, and full of opportunity.
