Arts Advocacy campaign research measurement
The National Arts Council is conducting a Marketing Campaign Research to understand the attitudes and perceptions towards the arts in Singapore. An online pre- and post- campaign survey will be conducted and used to evaluate attitudinal shifts towards the arts. The insights gathered will be used to develop initiatives that better suit Singaporeans’ needs and preferences.
NAC has commissioned Insights Table Pte Ltd, an independent market research agency, to administer the online surveys and engage residents in Singapore between the period of July and August 2026.

Pulse Surveys - Individuals sentiments pulse survey (ISPS) and Hiring outlook organisations pulse survey (HOOPS)
The National Arts Council seeks to hear from you on the employment conditions, career opportunities, and skills development within the sector through a two-part survey for n=1,000 individuals and n=300 organisations in the arts and cultural sector.
Fieldwork will be carried out from August to October 2026 in the form of online surveys and phone calls. During this period, you might receive an email invitation from pulsesurveys2026@research.injpartners.com to participate in the survey(s). We would like to invite full-time, part-time, and self employed persons working in the arts and cultural sector as well as organisations operating in the sector to share your valued input.
The two surveys are managed by Oxford Economics, an independent advisory firm in conjunction with INJ Partners, an independent market research company. Combining responses across the workforce, we will be able to develop policies that better support you and the wider arts community in honing skillsets and building careers in the arts ecosystem.
