Summary

Alina introduced pixel mapping using TouchDesigner, delving into the technique to map visuals and effects onto malleable surfaces of LED strips. In this workshop, participants learnt to break down and map visual data for LED pixel control, and to explore the possibilities of visual expressions and the design of dynamic lighting effects for installations and performances.
This was part of the programme series ๐ผ๐ธ๐๐ฑ๐ด๐ท๐ฐ๐ ๐ธ๐ฝ๐ถ ๐ผ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ท๐ธ๐ฝ๐ด๐โcurated by Hothouse, supported by the National Arts Councilโs Arts x Tech Lab initiative.
