Explore Singapore’s flagship arts festivals: Singapore Art Week, Singapore International Festival of the Arts and Singapore Writers Festival.
Singapore's flagship arts festivals celebrating creativity, culture and artistic excellence
Three festivals anchor our arts calendar each year, showcasing the best of visual, performing and literary arts. Together they mark the moments when the whole sector, and the whole island, turns up for the arts.

Singapore Art Week (SAW)
Singapore's pinnacle celebration of the visual arts since 2013. Each January, SAW becomes a spotlight, gathering and launchpad at once, where new works take shape, regional collaborations form and arts communities in Singapore and from abroad share what's next.

Singapore International Festival of the Arts (SIFA)
Singapore’s most prestigious performing arts festival since 1977. Each edition brings theatre, music, dance, film and visual art together, championing bold new Singaporean work alongside the best from around the world.

Singapore Writers Festival (SWF)
One of Asia's leading multilingual literary festivals since 1986. SWF celebrates the written and spoken word across our four official languages—English, Malay, Chinese and Tamil—through panels, workshops, lectures and performances with local and international voices.
