The Public Art Trust (PAT), established in 2014 by the National Arts Council (NAC), is dedicated to integrating art into Singapore’s urban spaces. Its goal is to bring art closer to Singaporeans by creating accessible spaces where art becomes part of everyday life.
PAT champions opportunities for local artists while fostering collaboration with international peers. Guided by a vision to make Singapore a canvas for the arts, PAT seeks to enable public art that reflects the city’s unique character, tells its stories, and engages its diverse communities.
