The National Arts Council organised the Gaining New Ground: Collaboration Possibilities for Research and Community Arts seminar from 24 to 25 February 2015 at The Pod (National Library Board). Seattle-based pioneer community artist and writer Bill Cleveland gave a talk to and facilitated a discussion with a mix of 100 artists, community organisers and researchers.
