*Specific to this cycle, applications will be open from 15 September 2020, instead of 15 August 2020.

Grant applicants applying for Presentation & Participation Grants – General, Publishing and Extended Play / Full-length Album – are required to submit their applications via the OurSG Grants Portal. Submissions via other means, e.g. email, hardcopies, will not be accepted for these grants.
All applications must reach us by 23:59 (SGT) on the closing date. Late applications will not be accepted. In the event that you are awaiting confirmation from partners/collaborators, you are advised to submit your application before the closing date, and state clearly any information which
is still outstanding/unconfirmed. The outstanding information should be submitted to NAC once available.

To sustain support for digitalisation efforts as the Digital Presentation Grant for the Arts (DPG) is a time-limited scheme that will phase out, we will be making some adjustments to the Presentation & Participation Grant. The enhanced grant scheme will open for application from 15 September 2020, instead of 15 August 2020, for projects commencing 15 April 2021. Please refer to the revised grant guidelines to find out more.

Since 21 August 2020, the MCCY Grants Portal has been rebranded to OurSG Grants Portal. Our transition to the OurSG Grants Portal represents a move towards becoming a one-stop portal for community-building grants across government agencies. All the features with the MCCY Grants Portal will remain, with new enhancements planned for roll-out in the coming months.

As such, Grants applicants applying from 15 September 2020 onwards will need to apply via OurSG Grants Portal.

In line with efforts to encourage greater governance over grant monies, the following will apply to all P&P Grants awarded from 1 April 2020:

  • Grants $10,000 and above will require their Statement of Accounts to be certified by an accountant registered with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) or equivalent international body.
  • As part of the submission during grant closure, the proof of the accountant's registration with ISCA or any equivalent international body (e.g. ISCA Membership ID) should be provided as well.

Should you have any queries or need clarifications, please email us at and we will respond via email or assign an NAC officer to speak with you.
