ISPA Singapore Fellowship Programme

NAC is partnering the International Society for the Performing Arts (ISPA) to establish the ISPA Singapore Fellowship, which provides up to three-years of access to ISPA’s extensive international network of arts professionals. Participants will join the ISPA membership and attend the ISPA Congress to engage in the development and exchange of ideas with leaders from some of the world’s most significant presenting organisations, performing arts organisations, artist management agencies, cultural policy groups, foundations, festivals and related professionals. 

Non-Profit Leadership Development


 

 

To enhance leadership and organisational capabilities, NAC partners Centre For Non-Profit Leadership to offer a series of leadership development services and programmes.

Lead The Way

NAC collaborates with British Council to run the 2nd edition of Lead The Way, a professional development programme for leaders of arts organisations. Specially designed for Executive Directors/General Managers of arts organisations, this programme will be delivered by arts professionals from UK who will share their experiences in key areas of management. 

Theatre Work Placement

The Theatre Work Placement (TWP) is introduced to nurture outstanding and committed individuals with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Singapore’s arts sector who played the role of a festival or exhibition programmer, creative producer, or technical manager in Singapore. The TWP, designed and managed by the British Council, aims to identify up to four individuals to participate in this programme.

Cultural Fellowship

The Cultural Fellowship aims to help participants grow in their capacity to lead and contribute beyond their immediate role in the sector with greater confidence, wider perspective and networks.

Singapore Producers Platform

NAC is partnering Performing Lines Australia to nurture outstanding and committed individuals with at least 4 years’ relevant experience in Singapore’s arts scene to develop as a creative producer in Singapore. Participants will receive mentoring and workshops by experienced producers from Performing Lines Australia and widen their international networks at Australia's performing arts platforms.
