What do Nobel laureate in Chemistry Sir Harold Kroto and film-maker Jack Neo have in common?  Come 5th and 6th December, they’ll be sharing the stage at a public Forum on Creativity. Other speakers at this Forum include writer Jung Chang (author of Wild Swans) and Aik Yew-goh, Founder & Director of Hong Kong music company HUGO Productions.   The Forum’s programme is attached at Annex 1.

The aim of this Forum is to stimulate discussion on creativity as the common and key element in the arts, science and technology, and how it can be identified and nurtured.

There’ll also be special presentations on creative projects by students and staff of educational institutions in Singapore; plus corporate presentations by key representatives from Hewlett-Packard & OSIM International Ltd.

This event is organised by the Tan Kah Kee Foundation, the Singapore National Academy of Science and the National Arts Council.

It’s sponsored by the Lee Foundation, The Hokkien Foundation, The British Council and the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR).
