GTM ISLANDWIDE Open Call

Got to Move (GTM), the annual nationwide movement to celebrate Singapore's diverse dance scene and get Singaporeans moving returns from 4 to 27 October 2019!

One of the highlights GTM is Got to Move ISLANDWIDE, a platform that encourages anyone interested in dance to get involved in organising activities related to dance for the general public to participate in.

These activities will take place from 4 to 27 October 2019 at various locations in Singapore.

We welcome your submission of any dance-related activity. Some examples of activities include but are not limited to:

  • Talks, sharing sessions on dance related topics
  • Dance-related exhibitions
  • Parent-child dance workshops
  • Mass participation events
  • Dance film productions and screenings
  • Dance projects that incorporate technology
  • Dance classes

NEW this year!

We have extended the duration of GTM ISLANDWIDE, it will run for 4 weeks in October this year! As such we have also increased the number of projects we will be funding. Up to 45 successful applications will be provided with a fixed sum of $1,000 or $3,000 each by the National Arts Council (NAC). Based on the quality and reach of projects from the past 4 years, we have raised the minimum number of audiences engaged to 100 members of public, or 250 members of public.

GTM ISANDWIDE Networking Sessions will be held on 6 & 12 June 2019.

Join us at one of our Networking Sessions to find out more about what's new in GTM 2019, learn about the movement and hear about past projects that are unique and engaging!
