Tango is a gentle dance that connects the mind to the body, similar to Yoga and Taiji. If you wish to exercise regularly, but find most forms of sports too challenging, come to these sessions to discover how Tango can be a great source of wellness from 8 to 80 year olds.
In mindful tango, less emphasis is placed on couple choreography, and more on the individual's ability to focus, balance, breathe and relax. Practising mindful tango produces similar benefits as meditation and brisk walking.

This is a hands-on workshop. Please come prepared to exercise, dress in comfortable clothes, and wear walking shoes. No partner is required, and no prior knowledge of any dance is assumed. Kindly be punctual as latecomers may have their slots given to walk-ins.
