The Arts Creation Fund (ACF) | FAQs
To develop artistic talent and arts organisations in Singapore,
the Council provides financial and non-financial assistance
at all levels of participation - from budding artists
with good ideas, to arts groups with major projects.
Financial assistance schemes consist of Major and General
Grants. Major grants provide production and operational
funding to major arts companies. There exist a variety
of General Grants which assist in the production and presentation
of artistic work and activities; promote Singapore arts
overseas, through international touring, collaboration
and marketing; as well as provide assistance for
research in Singapore and skills upgrading. For a
guide to our Major and General Grants, please click here.

There are also scholarships and bursaries that provide
full or partial funding for arts students and artists
to receive training in Singapore and abroad.
Non-financial assistance schemes include the Foreign
Artistic Talent Scheme which assists foreign artistic
talents to apply for Singapore Permanent Residency status
and the Violin Loan Scheme which aims to support top violinists
who have the potential and commitment to pursue an international
music career as a soloist.
