The Tote Board Arts Grant was introduced to encourage the development of a vibrant arts culture in schools in Singapore and promote arts appreciation among students through broad-based programmes. It subsidises schools’ purchase of quality arts education programmes that have been assessed and made eligible under NAC-AEP.
