Cultural Medallion Fund

About the Cultural Medallion Fund

The Cultural Medallion, instituted in 1979, is the highest national arts accolade awarded to individuals in recognition of their artistic excellence and contributions in shaping the arts and cultural landscape in Singapore.  Since 2001, funds have been set aside to support Cultural Medallion recipients’ continuous artistic pursuit in making a positive impact on Singapore’s arts and cultural development and engaging the wider community through their future projects.

Each Cultural Medallion recipient will be able to tap on a fund of up to $80,000, to support projects that meet the Fund's objectives. This amount could be used for a single project or multiple projects over the recipient's lifetime.
