Arts & You
Arts @ Work

Too busy at work and no time for the arts?  The arts will come to you!

Singaporeans spend a lot of time at work.  In 2010, the average hours worked per full-time employed was 49.2 hours a week.  That’s nearly 10 hours a day!  Won’t it be refreshing to take a couple of hours off during the week to enjoy a drumming workshop or a scrapbooking class with colleagues and friends?  Or how about a session on how to understand art to provide conversation fodder for client meetings?

These are some ways the arts can enrich and enliven your work environment, and bring value to your company:

Employee Engagement

  • Coming soon! A catalogue of talks, workshops and classes that your company can engage as part of your welfare or recreational programme
  • Coming soon!  Want to start an arts hobby group with your colleagues but need help to start?  Find our more here
  • Coming soon!  Annual department retreat and workplan session coming up?  Here’s as list of arts groups and artists who can facilitate some out-of-the-box thinking and better communication

Corporate Social Responsibility

The arts can bring much cheer to the lives of the less fortunate.  Engagement in quality arts-based programmes improve well-being and one’s sense of self-confidence

Whether you are seeking new arts-based programmes to bring to your adopted charity/ volunteer welfare organisation or looking for an opportunity to support such a programme, do get in touch.
