New Artist / Arts Group Registration ............................................................................................................................................................................. Important: This registration is only for: Arts groups/organisations and freelance artists intending to seek Tote Board Arts Grant endorsement for their arts education programmes in schools. Registered users will be able login and use the online facility to:    a. Apply for NAC-AEP endorsement for their arts education programmes. Endorsed programmes will be published on the        Online NAC-AEP Programmes    b. Submit programmes to be listed on Calendar of Events    c. Submit mandatory monthly booking reports    d. View feedback from schools Procedure: Step 1. Registration to NAC-AEP    i.   Fill up and submit the NAC-AEP registration request form by clicking on the button below    ii.  Request will be processed within three (3) working days    iii. Confirmation email from NAC-AEP will be sent to registrant Step 2. Apply for SingPass    iv.  SingPass is provided and administered by the Central Provident         Fund Board (CPFB). Click here to obtain one online.         Upon successful verification of your personal particulars, your SingPass will be mailed to your address maintained         with the Government within four (4) working days.    v.  Alternatively, you can obtain your SingPass from these locations. Steps 1. & 2. can be done concurrently. After both steps are accomplished, user can start to login from the NAC-AEP homepage (top right-hand corner of homepage) using SingPass.
