Organisation Structure
The Council is organised into eight main divisions to carry out the four strategic thrusts:

Performing Arts, Visual Arts, Literary Arts
  • Development of arts talents, artists, arts companies and arts businesses in the performing, visual and literary arts(funding, incentive and facilitation schemes, Choral Secretariat, arts advisory/resource panels, ethnic arts promotion, etc)
  • Development of arts excellence, appreciation and dialogue; cultural diversity and exchange;international promotion, touring and export development
  • Development/Participation in national and international events and platforms through festivals, biennales, competitions, markets, fairs, conferences and forums (eg. Singapore Arts Festival, Singapore Biennale; Venice Biennale, Art Fairs, Association of Asian Performing Arts Festivals, etc)
  • Product/enterprise development, business partnerships, investment promotion, arts merchandising
